Job Description We are seeking a full‑time Licensed Mental Health Professional (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC‑A) to provide mental health case management services at the Putnamville Correctional Facility in Greencastle, Indiana. Salary range $55,000–$70,000 per year, depending on license and experience, plus full benefits. A $15,000 bonus for new hires. Responsibilities Provide intake and assessments for patients in a correctional setting. Conduct crisis intervention and treatment planning. Offer individual and group therapy. Consult with a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health care. Qualifications Master's level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution. Active mental health license in Indiana (LSW, LCSW, LHMC, LMHC‑A). Current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification. Minimum two years of direct care experience with individuals with mental illness (preferred).
