About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Data Center Capacity & Strategy to spearhead the long-term planning and growth strategy of its infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing capacity forecasting and demand models, ensuring that infrastructure growth is in line with business and cloud demand, and leading the strategic planning for global data center expansion. This role also involves partnering with finance, engineering, and operations teams, as well as evaluating market opportunities and site selection. Applicants must have a minimum of 8-12 years' experience in capacity planning, infrastructure strategy, or cloud operations, with a strong preference for those with a background in hyperscale or cloud infrastructure growth. The role requires a professional with strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and knowledge of regional power, land, and connectivity considerations. Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. The Head of Data Center Capacity & Strategy will play a critical role in the company's expansion and must be adept at aligning technical and business requirements to drive the organization's growth.
