salary: $58,240 - $72,800 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair tractor trailers, trailers, forklifts, loaders, and heavy equipment across our 4 locations. A company vehicle is provided for travel between sites.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Repair brakes, suspension, engines, transmissions, and air systems
• Complete equipment inspections and maintenance records
• Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards

Qualifications:

• Experience with tractor trailers and heavy equipment required
• strong diesel mechanical skills
• Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting experience
• Welding/fabrication experience preferred
• CDL a plus, but not required

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 9 hours at one time
