Strategy and Operations Analyst, YouTube Ads GTM

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role. 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting. 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment. Experience in consumer internet and media industries. Experience using SQL or data analytics tools to deliver insights and recommendations. Experience with controlled experiments, causal studies, and communicating technical results to non-technical audiences. Responsibilities: Drive hypothesis-driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners, and creators. Develop GTM plans, execute communication documents, and lead experiments/trusted tester programs. Establish operational excellence by setting and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and driving annual business planning. Gather market intelligence and conduct analyses and modeling to develop insights and SQL-based dashboards.
