Overview Jordan Sports Group (JSG) is a rapidly growing athlete representation agency dedicated to helping athletes maximize their opportunities on and off the field. We specialize in athlete development, NFL and NIL strategy, marketing partnerships, and long-term career growth while providing a personalized experience for every athlete we represent. We are seeking a driven, creative, and highly organized Lead Marketing Agent to build and lead our marketing division. This individual will take ownership of athlete marketing initiatives, brand partnerships, NIL opportunities, content strategy, and internal team management. Role Overview JSG’s Lead Marketing Agent will oversee all marketing efforts across the agency with a primary focus on servicing athletes, securing endorsement opportunities, managing brand relationships, and leading our marketing team. This individual will work closely with player relationship leads to identify opportunities, communicate with athletes, and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion. Responsibilities Lead and oversee Jordan Sports Group's marketing division Secure product, endorsement, and paid partnership opportunities for our athletes Build and maintain relationships with brands, companies, and strategic partners Collaborate with player relationship leads to communicate opportunities and execute campaigns for athletes Help athletes develop, strengthen, and grow their personal brands Manage campaign execution, timelines, deliverables, and brand requirements Oversee marketing interns and effectively delegate projects Develop creative partnership concepts, content ideas, and brand activations Track marketing opportunities, deal progress, and campaign performance metrics Create systems, processes, and organizational structure for the marketing department Represent Jordan Sports Group professionally in all athlete and brand communications Ideal Candidate Minimum of 3+ years of significant sports marketing experience, preferably on the athlete representation side Must demonstrate ability in procuring and negotiating marketing deals Having a comprehensive list of contacts and existing leads is a plus Strong understanding of football, NIL, and social media (specifically Instagram) Proven ability to generate opportunities and close deals Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple athletes, brands, and campaigns at once Creative, proactive, and willing to take full ownership of the role Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Passionate about helping athletes maximize their value on and off the field What We’re Looking For We are seeking someone who thrives without micromanagement. Compensation On-Target Earnings: $100,000+ based on experience Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process and may include a combination of base compensation, commission, and performance incentives.
