DescriptionPremier Los Angeles Family Law Firm Seeks Associate AttorneyOne of Los Angeles’ premier family law firms is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its team of attorneys handling high net worth and complex family law matters. This Associate Attorney will work on sophisticated cases involving significant assets and high-profile clients. The firm is known for its tech-forward infrastructure and strong support staff. We've had two long-term placements (5 and 8 years w/ the firm) who transitioned from large firms and value the sophisticated work!Associate Attorney Responsibilities: · Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery · Review and analyze financial documents and records · Prepare pleadings and schedules of assets and debts · Draft deposition outlines and assist with deposition preparation · Communicate with clients and opposing counsel · Opportunity for the Associate Attorney to take on increasing responsibility as skills developHours: Billable requirement of 140 hours/month.
