Clinical Educator (RN) - Surgical Services, Days

Overview Sign‑on bonus available up to $5,000 Responsibilities Serves as clinical expert providing education, research, coaching, direct care, consultation, leadership collaboration and ethical decision making for patients and nursing. Serves as a change agent and promotes quality through the utilization of nursing expertise. Provides clinical care as needed when census demands. Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leader(s) as needed.
