Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist

Sanford Health in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Patient Access Representative to deliver extraordinary customer service as the first point of contact for patients, whether on the phone or in the clinic. You will greet patients, verify demographics, handle documents, collect co-pays, coordinate scheduling with the nursing team and providers, and manage referrals and pre-authorizations. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; one year of medical office experience and strong customer #J-18808-Ljbffr Good Samaritan Society
