Our client is a growing home improvement company serving The Woodlands and surrounding North Houston communities and is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to join its team.

This is an opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners, understanding their vision, and helping them select the right solutions for their homes.

You'll meet customers in their homes, evaluate their needs, recommend flooring and design solutions, develop estimates, and guide homeowners through the buying process from initial consultation through close.

If you have experience in in-home sales, flooring, windows, doors, roofing, remodeling, blinds, bath, kitchen, HVAC, solar, or another home-services category, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners throughout The Woodlands and surrounding territory
• Understand each customer's goals, budget, style preferences, and project requirements
• Recommend flooring and design solutions based on the homeowner's needs
• Measure spaces and develop accurate project estimates
• Present products, pricing, and recommendations clearly and confidently
• Build trust with homeowners and guide them through the buying decision
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and active opportunities
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial consultation through close
• Coordinate with internal teams to help deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Generate referral and repeat business through strong customer relationships

What We're Looking For

Previous in-home sales experience is strongly preferred, particularly within home improvement or home services.

Relevant backgrounds may include:

• Flooring
• Windows and doors
• Roofing
• Kitchen and bath
• Blinds and window treatments
• Remodeling
• HVAC
• Solar
• Other residential home-service industries

Successful candidates will also bring:

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A consultative, relationship-driven approach to sales
• Confidence working directly with homeowners
• Strong follow-up and organizational habits
• Ability to manage an independent sales schedule
• Attention to detail when measuring, estimating, and preparing proposals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Flooring experience is preferred but not required. Strong in-home sales experience within another home-services category will be considered.
