MRT Technical Coordinator (Onsite)

Pratt & Whitney is a world leader in aircraft engines, and we’re looking for a Mobile Repair Team Technical Coordinator in Bridgeport, WV. What You Will Do Coordinate and manage mobile repair activity requests from start to finish, delivering a seamless customer journey and meeting defined KPIs while providing technical and commercial assistance for internal and external customers. Responsible for several components of a project or a complex component of a larger project. Contribute to the team by applying knowledge of one or more functional areas. Fully developed as a technician or experienced customer service professional with a technical background (or a combination of both). Act independently without direct supervision and solve complex problems. Key Responsibilities Work on MRT Command Center shift schedule as an MRT Technical Coordinator. Accurately assess customer needs and provide technical, logistic and commercial support for MRT-related services. Understand airworthiness regulations, EHS and ITC requirements to identify solutions for engine return to service. Identify technicians with proper capabilities, establish parts listings and tooling, including airframe interfaces, ship parts and tooling required to meet RTS strategy. Generate MRT quotations aligned with market price and follow up on commercial offers until closure with the end‑customer, including internal negotiation/coordination. Initiate immediate contact for AOG or urgent situations with internal and external organizations to offer fastest return‑to‑service solutions aligned with customer needs. Maintain constant communications with customers and CFirst on progress and status updates, including projected RTS. Use CRM to document and monitor events from initiation to closure. Communicate with field technicians for updates and address concerns. Interpret applicable technical publications (EMM/ AMM/ OHM/ IPC/ CIR). Proficiency with MS Office suite. Provide commercial cost estimates for MRT events as requested. Additional Information & FAA Requirements FAA Anti‑Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program – pre‑employment FAA drug screen required. PWES Vision program participation required. Qualifications You Must Have Associate’s degree (or equivalent 2‑year post‑high‑school training) with a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in aviation aircraft maintenance and/or aviation customer service with a technical background. Active Airframe & Powerplant License. Current valid driver’s license. Qualifications We Prefer Prior experience with Pratt & Whitney Canada engine lines. Understanding of commercial overview (warranty, PPH, ESP). Fluent in any other Continental language. Previous experience in a customer‑facing role. Role Type Onsite – Employees work primarily onsite, including production and maintenance roles essential to engine development. Salary & Benefits Salary range: $43,400 – $82,600 USD per year.
