Associate Veterinarian

Job Description

Job Description

What if your next veterinary role offered room to grow clinically, a supportive team, and a schedule that leaves space for life outside the hospital?

This full-time small animal opportunity in Southwest Florida combines general medicine, surgery, and dentistry with structured mentorship and an earnings package that includes quarterly production. Whether you're ready for a fresh start or looking for a setting where you can continue developing your clinical interests, this opportunity deserves a closer look.

What You'll Find Here

• A schedule with flexibility: Consistent scheduling options include later-starting shifts, with rotating Saturday coverage shared across the team.
• More earning potential: A base salary plus quarterly production gives you an opportunity to benefit from your clinical contributions, without negative accrual.
• Support for your development: Structured mentorship and dedicated continuing education resources help you keep building confidence and clinical skills.
• Varied clinical work: Practice across wellness, general medicine, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery rather than limiting your role to routine appointments.
• A team-oriented environment: Collaborate with veterinary colleagues and support staff while maintaining your own clinical judgment.
• Help with your next move: Signing incentives and relocation assistance may make transitioning to a new practice easier.
