There are approximately 1,300 DX casesper week at this site, not all done by onsite rad.Board Certification: Board Certified, Interventional Radiologyfellowship trained, If Mammo - MQSA requiredMust Active MI Medical License prior tosubmissionSchedule: Monday - Sunday 8a-5pm,Nightly and weekend IR call requiredShifts: minimum 0 10shifts per month (weeks of vacation coverage needed)Setting: inpatientLicense Requirement: Must have OH licensePrivileges: 90 -120 days, Yeswith clean filesPotentialrequest to cross credential at Wooster Community Hospital, Lima Memorial Hospital& McLaren Central Michigan - Function as a MarketAvailable dates/Vacation dates needing coverage for: Jun 21-25 August October December
