Hospital Pharmacist

Join a leading 500 bed hospital for a rewarding inpatient pharmacy assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospital pharmacist with strong clinical skills, EPIC experience, and oncology medication knowledge to make an immediate impact on a collaborative pharmacy team.

Duration: 13+ week contract/contact to hire
Start: ASAP
Schedule: Variable day and afternoon shifts

Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care
Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and clinical monitoring
Ensure safe handling and review of oncology/chemotherapy medications
Utilize EPIC and Pyxis to support daily inpatient pharmacy operations

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Hands-on experience with EPIC
Experience with oncology/chemotherapy medications
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment
