Job Overview Assistant Manager – responsible for day‑to‑day restaurant operations, supporting the General Manager, ensuring smooth shifts, contributing to marketing, sales, and training efforts. Responsibilities Operate the restaurant daily ensuring operations run smoothly. Support the General Manager in all duties. Assist with local store marketing to reach sales and profit goals. Guide team members through performance and training initiatives. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience. Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. Eligible to work in the U.S. Compensation Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour (subject to availability and eligibility). Actual placement within this range may vary based on experience, education, training, location, and minimum wage requirements. Overtime eligible per applicable law.
