Retail Operations Lead: Inventory, Scheduling & Experience

ALO is seeking an Operations Manager to join the store leadership team and drive operational strategy, inventory control, labor planning, and scheduling to keep the store customer-ready. This role requires constant movement on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas, with a focus on efficiency and guest experience.
