Are you a clinician who feels called to help the people who help everyone else? Chadash Counseling and Coaching is a one-of-a-kind private practice dedicated to the helpers — military, first responders, medical personnel, and fellow therapists who rarely get to be the ones in the chair. If you’re ready to do meaningful, grounded work in a setting that actually walks the walk on sustainable practice, we’d love to meet you. Our Mission Our mission is to serve those who help others. Chadash Counseling and Coaching is located on a beautiful family farm in Ashland City, TN. We deliver high-quality mental health care to help our clients achieve balance, growth, and healing. Our population is primarily military, first responders, medical personnel, and other therapists. We are committed to breaking the stigma associated with mental healthcare for these populations through advocacy, education, and by being a strong and safe place to heal. The Role We are looking for a fully licensed LPC-MHSP, LMFT, or LCSW who understands what this population carries — the weight of difficult calls, dark humor, strong emotions, and a deep resistance to asking for help. While our primary focus is Helpers, you may also work with individuals, couples, and families in areas such as trauma, PTSD, Anxiety Disorders, and OCD. This is not a typical therapy job — it’s a chance to build something meaningful alongside a team that genuinely gets it. The ideal candidate is confident, direct, and able to sit with difficult cases of trauma. Position details: • Part-time building to Full-time W-2 employee position • Expected caseload of 15–25 clients per week — we believe in sustainable, quality-focused work • Clients are age 16 and older • Caseload is built over time — we have a steady referral stream and an active waitlist to help you grow Qualifications • Master’s degree or higher in professional counseling, marriage and family counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution • Fully licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LMFT, or LCSW) • Previous experience in counseling, social work, or a related field • Compassionate and caring demeanor with the ability to build strong rapport with clients • Strong adherence to fidelity, confidentiality, and a high moral code of conduct • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Sound judgment and knowledge of clinical diagnosis, treatment paradigms, and cross-cultural issues • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to respect all faiths required; ability to integrate Bible-based counseling is a plus • Must pass a background check as a condition of employment What We Offer • Compensation: 50% in year one, increasing to 60% after year one • Paid training for your First Responder Counselor Certification • Flexible, self-managed scheduling (No Saturday Work Available) • A nature-based office setting — a peaceful space for you and your clients to decompress and reconnect • Hybrid model: telehealth and in-person (option to be fully telehealth with monthly in person meetings) • Monthly training and peer support • Collaborative, small team environment with a competent and compassionate administration team • Active encouragement of self-care and healthy work-life balance — we believe in sustainable practice, not burnout • Room to grow into a supervisory role with additional paid training and a compensation package
