You'll work both inside and outside the shelter洋eeting with clients, conducting home and community visits, coordinating services, building relationships with community partners, and helping clients navigate the challenges that can arise after moving into permanent housing. This position is ideal for someone who builds trust easily, thinks creatively, stays calm during crisis, and believes that empowerment means walking alongside clients rather than making decisions for them. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized service plans focused on safety, housing stability, employment, education, financial wellness, health, and long-term independence.
