About the Role:
Siri C Steinle DMD PC is looking for a motivated and caring Orthodontic Assistant to join our team in Brockton, MA! This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an experienced orthodontist in a patient-focused practice where your skills and dedication to patient care truly make a difference. Scheduled Hours:

• 7:30AM - 5:00PM Monday Tuesday Thursday, one hour paid lunch

Responsibilities:

• Assist the orthodontist chairside during patient examinations and orthodontic procedures
• Place and remove orthodontic brackets, bands, wires, and other appliances under doctor supervision
• Take and process dental X-rays, photographs, and impressions/digital scans
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment progress
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area
• Update and maintain accurate patient records and treatment charts
• Schedule follow-up appointments and support front office coordination as needed

Requirements:

• Prior orthodontic assisting experience required
• Dental Assistant Certification (Massachusetts) required
• Familiarity with orthodontic procedures, terminology, and equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-friendly chairside manner
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent patient care
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
