365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in the El Paso, TX area for a paid 4 to 6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This program provides hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes that keep drivers closer to home. Candidates who are ready to build safe driving habits and move into a steady solo role are encouraged to apply.
What this lane offers:
- Paid 4 to 6 week mentor training with an experienced driver
- $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training
- Weekly pay by direct deposit
- Regional routes across Texas, the Southwest, and the Western United States
- Schedules designed to keep drivers closer to home in the El Paso area

- Drop-and-hook dry van freight for more predictable loading and unloading

Route details:
- Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
- Transition into solo regional assignments after completion of training
- Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout Texas, the Southwest, and the West
- Comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
- Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
- No prior over-the-road experience required
