Evaluate liability, damages, and insurance coverage for case strategy. Guide case managers throughout case progression. Review medical records and draft persuasive demand letters. Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing parties. Maintain consistent and compassionate client communication. Ensure accurate case documentation and uphold firm standards. Requirements Ability to manage a heavy caseload with minimal supervision. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Membership in local bar association; active membership preferred. Over one year of experience representing clients in a law firm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
