Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics.
• Manage and monitor ventilators and other forms of life support for critically ill patients.
• Provide advanced airway management and respiratory care protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care.
• Perform diagnostic tests, such as pulmonary function testing and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards during all respiratory therapy procedures.

Qualifications

• Current RRT certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of respiratory therapy experience in clinical settings.
• Advanced life support certifications including ACLS and BLS required; NRP and PALS preferred.
• Proficient in using Epic charting system and other respiratory therapy equipment.
• Current NC or Compact respiratory therapy licensure in hand.
• Experience in neonatal and pediatric respiratory care strongly preferred.
