Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure for school-based SLP services
• Successful experience working with school-aged children, particularly those with significant disabilities, at the middle and high school level
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, teaming effectively with educators and families
• Organized, proactive, and committed to producing student-centered outcomes

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students in a school-based setting
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates to educators and parents
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and personal growth
