THE JOB (WHAT YOU’LL DO)

This is a high-energy, physical role. You’ll be the wingman to our Blower Truck Operators—ensuring every job is completed to perfection. Handle the Gear: Manage 125 feet of 4” heavy‑duty hose across varied terrain Precision Work: Use backpack blowers and rakes to leave every site pristine Team Support: Assist with backing, traffic control, and equipment setup The Finish: Take pride in transforming a landscape from “okay” to “incredible”

Built for Work: Physically fit, able to lift 75 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs of hose throughout the day Reliable: On time, ready to go—every single morning Detail‑Oriented: You take pride in doing the job right the first time Professional: Clean‑cut, respectful, and ready to represent the best Weather‑Proof: You show up ready to work—rain or shine Prepared: Valid WA Driver’s License and reliable transportation to our Woodinville yard Communicative: Clear English for safety and efficiency Mechanical Skill = Fast Track Opportunity Our blower trucks are highly specialized pneumatic systems—powerful, technical, and constantly in motion. If you have mechanical aptitude, hands‑on repair experience, or a natural curiosity for how equipment works, that immediately sets you apart.
