The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for managing capacity improvement and transition projects across multiple L3Harris sites within the Missile Solutions Segment. Performance of cost and schedule targets through collaboration across multiple functions is key in support of the business goals and objectives. This role focuses on establishing program frameworks, mobilizing resources, and managing knowledge transfer during start-up activities and site/process transfers. Essential Functions:

• Oversight of capacity improvement projects across functions and sites.
• Ability to create and execute project schedules and budgets.
• Manage transfer projects including knowledge transfer, process handovers, and transition planning between sites, teams, or operational phases.
• Establish program baselines, success criteria, and transition/exit criteria during initiation phases.
• Reports to senior leadership on business performance including action plans to improve business execution and status of strategic initiatives.
• Identify and validate needed capital investment to support business needs (including quality process capacity, capabilities, & technologies)
• Facilitate cross-functional team formation
• Requires up to 25% business travel within the continental U.S.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience; or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience; or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 15 years of prior related experience.
• 3+ years' experience with Program/Project Management, including program initiation, start-up phases, and/or transfer management.
