We're a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.We are looking for a Director of Demand Generation Media Excellence to join the Growth Marketing Organization. You will report into the Sr. Director Franchise Media, and be directly responsible for pushing forward demand generation media capabilities across all franchises. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in office at one of the posted locations.ResponsibilitiesParatner with a high-performing team of data-driven demand generation media buyers, specializing in media across PC, console and mobileSet standards for demand generation media innovation across EA's campaign, including channel strategy, optimization levers and existing AI adoptionPartner with platforms to prioritize demand generation media features for greater EA outcomesDevelop EA strategies to optimize outcomes from media platform evolutions and industry updatesDevelop and gain alignment for Media Investment Framework, to be used by Franchise Directors in funnel allocationsSet channel execution standards (Campaign set-up, Usage of platform features, measurement implementation, experimentation implementation, etc.)Cross-functional change management and remove barriers to functional best practicesDevelop training material and programs for Demand Generation buying skills and cross-train talentRequirements10+ years' experience in brand media, managing demand creation and demand conversion across PC, console and mobile games5+ years of influencing senior leadersExperience managing AAA game media budgetsOwnership, accountability & ability to solution complex problems.In-depth understanding of user acquisition algorithms, Measurements, and creative best practices.BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative fieldPassion/knowledge for video gamesPay Transparency - North AmericaCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$160,700 - $224,700 CAD


* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$182,600 - $276,300 USD


* Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) *$175,600 - $233,600 USD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
