Project Scheduler

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Scheduler with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project scheduling, specifically within SPM and other SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, possess strong time management and organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail. A PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification is preferred but not required. This role requires excellent analytical skills for generating insightful resourcing reports and identifying capacity restraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and manage project schedules within SPM, SAP, and ServiceNow, ensuring accurate timelines and resource allocation.
• Review statements of work (SOW) to ensure project scope, deliverables, and timelines are accurately reflected in scheduling.
• Create and maintain projects in the SPM system, aligning schedules with project goals and organizational priorities.
• Track and monitor project dependencies to ensure all prerequisites are in place for smooth project kickoffs.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to maintain updated project schedules and identify potential risks and issues.
• Monitor and adjust schedules in response to project changes, resource availability, and other factors to maintain project alignment with goals and timelines.
• Utilize analytical skills to generate and interpret reports, providing actionable insights to project teams.
• Maintain project documentation, ensuring high accuracy and timely updates for all schedule-related data.
• Assist with forecasting, tracking, and reporting on project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project scheduling, with a strong background in SPM and SAP systems.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow is required.
• PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful reports.
