• Credentialing: Must have actual state license board certification in hand, and LA DEA and CS in hand

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC in EM/FM/IM
• Certifications: FM/IM requires ACLS, ATLS & PALS
• Licensure: Active LA License
