Senior Analyst - Housing

Position Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to support our asset management team in developing and executing strategies across a diverse portfolio of multi-family real estate investments. This role offers exposure to ground-up development, value-add renovations, and stabilized assets, and involves collaboration across acquisitions, portfolio management, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze performance metrics and communicate insights to internal stakeholders
• Support strategy development and performance improvement initiatives
• Prepare quarterly and annual property reports and business plan components
• Assist in acquisition due diligence and annual planning cycles
• Underwrite new investment opportunities
• Conduct detailed analyses of leases, financials, market positioning, and property-level factors
• Review
operating budgets and assist in business plan presentations
• Support capital expenditure approvals and valuation processes
• Prepare hold/sell analyses and assist in marketing and closing transactions
• Participate in leasing calls and maintain relationships with property management and brokerage teams
• Monitor financial performance through monthly reporting
• Maintain portfolio models and valuation files
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc reporting
• Up to 25% of time may be spent on transactions, portfolio management, or research

Candidate Profile


Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in a senior analyst role


Skills & Qualifications
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Argus Enterprise preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with multi-family assets and lease analysis preferred
• High attention to detail, integrity, and proactive mindset
