Own the results. Build the culture.***At Fox Rent A Car, our Station Manager is the entrepreneurial force behind a high-performing location. You'll drive profitability, lead diverse teams, and make bold decisions that move the business forward every single day.**Your Primary Focus Is To*** Oversee and manage revenue streams, control expenses, and ensure profitability through strong P&L management* Relay clear, concise information, updates, and feedback between HQ and branch teams* Efficiently manage payroll, control overtime, and balance labor costs with operational needs* Maintain control over daily operations and P&L to drive profitability* Build a unified operations and sales team through effective communication and people management* Develop teams to achieve company goals, manage high-volume customer transactions, and demonstrate strong foresight and planning* Inspire and guide teams, maintain alignment with company goals, and deliver excellent customer service* Utilize relevant software and technology tools to streamline operations* Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners* Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives**Education & Experience*** Demonstrated success in driving profitability through effective financial management and strategic planning* Proven track record in managing high-volume operations and ensuring optimal customer service delivery* Experience leading and developing diverse teams to achieve company objectives* Strong background in P&L management — controlling expenses and maximizing revenue* Expertise in stakeholder management, building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners**We're Looking For*** Financial acumen — proficiency in financial analysis and budget management* Preferred experience in rental car or service-related businesses with heavy transactions and large teams* Understanding of sales processes with the ability to coach and develop sales teams* Ability to create and maintain a positive, cohesive company culture* Skilled in training, coaching, providing feedback, and developing teams* Strategic thinker who adapts quickly to changing business needs and industry trends**We Offer*** Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k, Employee Discounts, Referral bonus* Company-paid Life Insurance* Company-paid AD&D Insurance* Flexible spending account* Parental leave* Employee assistance program*We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
