What You'll Do
- Prepare high-quality food for service and set up your cooking station for success
- Follow established recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, high-energy kitchen
- Keep your station clean, organized, and sanitary throughout your shift
- Reset and refresh your area after service
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver great guest experiences
- Support a culture of superior guest servicebecause every plate counts
- Jump in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 2 years of food & beverage experience in a high-volume kitchen (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe food handling practices
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
