Job Description

Must possess and maintain active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Experience working with children or adolescents in educational, clinical, or behavioral health settings

Proficient in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

Strong, clear communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Understanding of data collection, progress monitoring, and confidentiality protocols

Ability to adapt to different school settings and student needs

Positive attitude and resilience in fast-paced situations

Key Responsibilities

Work one-on-one or in small groups to implement behavioral interventions

Accurately collect and record behavioral data according to prescribed plans

Assist in functional behavior assessments and regular progress updates

Collaborate with educators and related service providers for comprehensive support

Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

Support safe, inclusive, and structured learning environments
