Supports clinical laboratory testing by preparing specimens, performing routine tests, maintaining quality control, troubleshooting instruments and recognizing normal and abnormal results. Communicates technical information and assists with training laboratory personnel. Multiple career ladder levels are available, with requirements varying by level.
