The Memorial Resource Team is the perfect fit for nurses who want variety, flexibility, and the chance to grow their skills across multiple specialties. Rather than working on just one floor, Resource Team nurses float throughout Memorial and gain hands-on experience caring for patients across a variety of units, patient populations, and levels of care.
This role offers something few nursing positions can: the opportunity to see the full picture of hospital nursing. One shift may place you in a medical unit, the next in post-surgical care, critical care, or another specialty areagiving you the chance to continually learn, adapt, and expand your clinical expertise while working alongside teams across the hospital.

- Active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license
