Ambulatory NP/PA - Pain & Addiction Care Leader

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an APP to join the Synergy ambulatory service in Uxbridge, MA. You will provide direct patient care for patients with complex pain and addiction needs and work within an interdisciplinary team with clinicians and other outpatient staff. The role emphasizes collaboration, education, and care coordination, including administration of long-acting injectable medications when appropriate.
