Seeking an experienced ER RN for a busy Emergency Department serving patients from newborn to geriatric.
Position Highlights:
- 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- 36 guaranteed hours/week
- Every third weekend and every other holiday
- 10-bed Emergency Department
- 4:1 patient ratio
- Paragon EMR
- Blue scrubs
- No on-call
Key Duties:
- Coordinate and provide comprehensive nursing care to ED patients
- Assess patient needs and support individualized care planning
- Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changing conditions
- Provide patient and family education
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and the healthcare team
- Maintain professional nursing standards and protect patient rights and privacy
Requirements:
- 2+ years of ED experience
- Active Michigan RN license
- BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required
- ENPC accepted in place of PALS
- Strong emergency nursing and patient-care skills
