As a Retail & Fashion Merchandising Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to both the creative and business sides of resort retail, from guest engagement and visual merchandising to buying, inventory, luxury jewelry, events, and specialty projects. This paid, 12-week internship places you alongside experienced Retail Team members in a Forbes- and AAA-rated luxury environment, giving you the opportunity to develop practical industry skills, explore career paths in merchandising, buying, marketing, and hospitality, and complete an experiential project connected to your academic or professional development goals.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Current second- or third-year student enrolled at an accredited college or university in merchandising, textile and apparel merchandising (TAM), marketing, or a related discipline, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5

Previous retail, merchandising, customer service, or related experience preferred

Fluent English language proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills required, including professional telephone etiquette

Ability to multitask while communicating with guests or colleagues, navigating computer programs, and accurately entering information

Commitment to completing a consecutive 12-week, full-time internship as required by the intern rotation

Continuous authorization to work in the U.S. for the duration of the internship

Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs
