Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory TherapistThis position is for a Registered Respiratory Therapist working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. The therapist provides respiratory care for patients requiring evaluation, treatment, and monitoring of cardiopulmonary conditions. The role includes delivering respiratory treatments, managing airway support, and assisting with emergency responses. The therapist will work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to support patients experiencing respiratory distress or critical cardiopulmonary conditions.Responsibilities include administering medications through aerosol or inhaler therapies, managing oxygen delivery systems, and supporting ventilatory care when required. The therapist will respond to rapid response events and cardiac arrests, assist with airway management, and perform life support interventions. Additional duties include documenting respiratory care, monitoring patient response to treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure effective cardiopulmonary care.
