Position Overview

The Contract Manufacturing Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of manufacturing and industrial positions. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, source top talent, coordinate interviews, and successfully guide candidates through the hiring process.

This role requires someone who can move quickly, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and provide an exceptional experience to both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and recruiting timelines.
• Lead intake meetings and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and local talent channels.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess qualifications and overall fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive manufacturing talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights regarding compensation, talent availability, and recruiting trends.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Support offer management and onboarding processes to ensure successful candidate integration.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3-7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or operations environments.
• Proven success recruiting for high-volume and technical manufacturing positions.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and operations positions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
