Operations Associate

Our need is for an Operations Associate to join our Baltimore, MD location. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a close-knit group, in a team-based environment.

We are looking for a full time, trash can liner machine operator. The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.

Essential Position Functions: (Other Duties May Be Assigned)

• Receives and inspects materials for processing.
• Performs value-added operation in accordance with job standard.
• Operates up to two types of production line machinery and/or is versatile enough to perform two different manufacturing operations.
• Ensures product meets quality standards.
• Efficiently operates the can liner machine to produce quality work.

Qualifications:

• Frequent lifting.
• Basic math computation and reading comprehension skills are necessary.
• Must possess the manual dexterity to operate machines and complete job tasks.
• May be required to stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to use a pallet jack.
