Electrical Engineer

This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer who is ready to push boundaries and help advance next generation electrical products, systems, and applications. You will work on cutting edge technology, support electrification initiatives, and contribute to innovative solutions that elevate performance, safety, and long-term reliability across a wide range of projects.

The Electrical Engineer will collaborate with a diverse engineering team to design electrical systems that meet project requirements and align with industry standards. Your expertise will drive troubleshooting, system optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts that keep projects moving and technology evolving.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical system issues and implement corrective design improvements
• Design electrical components including circuit boards, wiring assemblies, and power distribution systems
• Test and validate electrical systems to ensure full compliance with specifications and performance standards
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to turn project requirements into practical, code aligned electrical solutions
• Develop manufacturing processes that meet global engineering codes, standards, and quality expectations
• Research emerging electrical technologies and recommend system upgrades or new approaches
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and maintenance or inspection activities to ensure reliability and on time completion
• Ensure all electrical work meets required safety regulations, industry standards, and documentation expectations
• Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status.

Skills

• Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles with proven hands‑on design and testing experience
• Experience with motor control systems, power supply design, microcontroller integration, and circuit development
• Skilled in PCB layout, schematic creation, and interpreting technical drawings and performance requirements
• Proficient with CAD, EPLAN, Met LAB, and electrical simulation tools for modeling and system development
• Advanced analytical and mathematical abilities for troubleshooting and system optimization
• Effective communicator with clear technical writing and cross team collaboration skills
• Able to work independently or within a team while managing priorities and deadlines
• Detail driven, organized, and committed to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• 8+ years in an electrical or electronics design role; must be a current practitioner
• Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status.

Schedule

• 1st Shift / Monday – Friday / On‑site

Rate

• $120,000 – $160,000 Annually DOE
