This hybrid role focuses on developing and managing a profitable Workers’ Compensation book of business, engaging closely with brokers, retail agencies, and insurance carriers. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in wholesale brokerage and be proficient in managing relationships to drive revenue growth.
