Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in the operating room according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative patient care, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical encounter.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff in the OR, providing clinical guidance as needed.
- Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in the perioperative setting.
- Document care accurately and timely, maintaining compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (California) or eligibility to practice in California.
- Perioperative or operating room nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced OR environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with the surgical team and other staff.
- Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and adherence to perioperative standards.
