Job Description
The Certified Fitness Instructor primarily works independently to lead group fitness classes. This role focuses on primarily serving beginners, rehabilitation clients, and seniors by providing tailored exercise instruction and motivational support to improve health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Lead group fitness classes tailored to beginners, rehabilitation clients, and seniors
- Design and implement effective exercise programs
- Provide personalized fitness coaching and motivation
- Monitor client safety and ensure proper exercise techniques
- Offer ongoing motivational support to encourage client progress
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in fitness training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Fitness Instructor credential
- Proficiency in exercise programming
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication and motivation skills
- Effective time management
- Customer service experience
