Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician Opportunity
Through patient and family centered care, MercyOne Genesis OB/GYN team provides team-based collaborative care and treatment, close to home. We have an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join an established practice located in Bettendorf, IA. We offer:
Full-time employed opportunity - Full spectrum OB/GYN - Busy practice with instant volume Collaborative care model between employed group and Community Health Care (local FQHC with clinics in Iowa and Illinois) provides safety net care to the community 1000+ Births/ year Call split 1:5 Dedicated OR time, access to robot OB Hospitalist support for emergencies and hospital consults Level II NICU with onsite neonatologists Ultrasound onsite Our physician-lead medical group promotes leadership, wellness and work-life balance; providing resources to achieve your goals. Autonomy to build the practice you desire, while enjoying the benefits of employment through a medical group and working in a cohesive team environment. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation with two-year income guarantee $400k plus productivity incentive $100,000 commencement bonus Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Relocation allowance up to $15,000 Generous paid time off consisting of 4 weeks of vacation time, 1 week CME, & 6 paid holidays CME Allowance of $6,000 Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401k with match and 457(b) - Benefits start on day 1 of employment Malpractice Coverage **Trinity Health does not reimburse for credentialing fees** Certification Requirements Board Certified Board Eligible State License Requirements Iowa
