They are looking to hire a Systematic Equity Options Trader to join their expanding trading team in Miami.The team is highly technology- and platform-driven, combining deep expertise in equity options with sophisticated quantitative research, automated trading infrastructure, and large-scale data. They are particularly interested in traders who bring strong options market knowledge alongside solid programming skills, with Python strongly preferred.This is a front-office trading role with direct exposure to strategy development and P&L. You will work closely with quantitative researchers and engineers to identify opportunities, develop systematic trading strategies, and scale them across equity options markets.The group has significant growth ambitions and has already made a number of successful hires this year, making this an exciting opportunity to join at an important stage of the team's development.Responsibilities Develop and implement systematic approaches to trading equity optionsIdentify and evaluate trading opportunities across equity options marketsWork closely with quantitative researchers to develop, test, and refine trading strategiesPartner with engineers to build and improve automated trading systems and infrastructureMonitor live strategies, analyse performance, and make adjustments to improve risk-adjusted returnsContribute directly to portfolio construction, risk management, execution, and P&L generationUse market data and quantitative analysis to improve trading decisions and identify new opportunitiesHelp scale successful strategies across markets and productsContinuously improve trading processes, models, and technologyReference: AMC/ZBRSET#zabrApply for this vacancyYour CV will be sent to the selected department.
