About the Role Expeditor, located at the Mt. Belvieu, TX jobsite for Optimized Process Designs, LLC (OPD). What You Will Do Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials within the jobsite, according to production and shipping schedules. Examine material delivered to the jobsite for damages. Arrange on‑site transfer of materials to meet production schedules. Maintain status and location of materials. Monitor and control movement of materials upon arrival to the site. Act as a team player who prioritizes customer focus and satisfaction in all business decisions. Serve as a safety role model for the team. Enforce OPD and client‑specific safety policies and procedures on the jobsite. Safety Expectations Actively participate in a strong safety culture. Recognize safety hazards and risks. Participate in on‑site safety meetings. Follow OPD and client safety policies and procedures. Be on time each day, ready to work. Display a positive attitude and work well in a team environment. Pay high attention to detail to avoid reworks and errors. Physical Demands Work outdoors in varying weather, including extreme heat and humidity, extreme cold, and high elevations. Lifting and carrying awkward objects up to 60 lbs. Move the entire body, using arms, legs, climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, crawling, twisting, reaching, and bending regularly. Use hands to handle, control, and feel objects and/or tools. Basic Qualifications One or more years of experience working with pipe, valves, and fittings in a gas plant construction environment. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and material specifications. Willingness and ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment with critical deadlines. Highly motivated with excellent problem‑solving skills. Must be willing and able to meet all physical demands of the job. Must be able and willing to attend mandatory safety meetings. Willingness and ability to work in a team environment with a customer focus. Preferred Experience Past experience working as a helper. Previous experience in supply chain and managing inventory.
