Housekeeping Manager Overview:

As the H ousekeeping Manager , you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the facility is kept clean, organized, and hygienic. You will supervise housekeeping staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our residents.

Housekeeping Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring the department operates efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules for all areas of the facility.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained, including residents' rooms, common areas, and bathrooms.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Address any housekeeping-related concerns or issues from residents, families, or staff.
• Maintain proper documentation of cleaning tasks, schedules, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety guidelines.

Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
