HVAC Field Services Technician II page is loaded## HVAC Field Services Technician IIlocations: Tulsa, OKtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 8 Days Agojob requisition id: JR101554**Job Description:****Job Summary:** Manage and execute comprehensive servicing and maintenance tasks for a diverse range of products and equipment within designated territories.**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:*** Executes servicing of products and equipment, demonstrating self-reliance and proficiency in technical procedures.* Identifies and resolves issues with instruments and products at customer locations, employing advanced diagnostic skills.* Performs routine preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, and modifications.* Updates skills and knowledge to stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices continuously.* Determines parts needed for repairs and their timely order.* Maintains inventory stock and equipment, documents service-related activities.* Collaborates effectively with team members and stakeholders to optimize service delivery.* Provides training, re-training, and follow-up at customer sites.**Education and Experience Requirements:**Associate or Technical degree in Business, Sales, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.1 to 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role or related position. 2+ years’ experience preferred.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*** Proficiency in all MS Office programs.* Proficient in MS Office programs* Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.* Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication abilities.* Capable of working independently and collaboratively* Pay high attention to detail.* Possesses strong multitasking and organizational skills.**Work Environment and Essential Physical Functions:*** Drive a vehicle for up to 95 percent of the hours worked.* Maintain company vehicle (oil and fluid changes, tires, alignments, tune-ups, etc.)* Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.* Lift up to 50lbs.* Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time.**Disclaimer:**Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
