• Position: Physician Primary Care
• Salary: $235,000 - $250,000

Current Department Staffing: Primary Care Service Chief; 2 Lead Physicians; 24.0 FTE PACT PCPs and 3.0 FTE GAP Physicians; 2 GAP NPs; 3 Admin Staff.

This position will report to the Section Chief of Primary Care.

Practice Environment Description:

Panel size averages 1100. This is a non-supervisory position.

• Highlights of this position include:
• Daily schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm.
• Physician will be assigned to a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT).
• The PACT care model consists of the following: PCP, RN, LPN, and Clerk.
• Additional ancillary staff: Social Work, Pharmacy, Mental Health, and Physical Therapy are located within the clinic.
• No Call Coverage

• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Family Practice or Internal Medicine Licensure.

Medical personnel have statutory immunity from individual malpractice liability while acting within the scope of employment; a VA physician cannot be sued in civil court for a malpractice (tort) claim.
