Hospice Nurse Practitioner - Patient-Centered Care (TX)

$110 - $125 per hour

Kindful Health is looking for a passionate Nurse Practitioner to provide essential clinical care and treatment for patients and families. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of nursing experience in hospice care in Texas and will collaborate with physicians to ensure quality palliative treatment.
